Kevin is well known around the Lincoln/Woodstock area as someone who can really help with all of your real estate needs. He has been representing clients in the Loon Mountain area since 1996. Kevin has closed hundreds of deals in real estate, including everything from studio-style to 5 bedroom condos in the Lincoln Area, to gas stations and other commercial properties throughout Grafton County. He enjoys all aspects of real estate, including buyer's agency, seller's agency, 1st time home buyers, second homes, condos, land, and investments.
He has been very successful with all clients; helping them find the best suited properties and always keeping their needs as his number #1 priority.
Kevin is also owner of Pemi Valley Custom Homes, specializing in construction of vacation homes throughout Grafton county, including the new, prestigious, SOUTH PEAK at LOON MOUNTAIN, COOLIDGE FALLS, PAGE HILL, and POLLARD PINES developments, to name a few.
Kevin enjoys living in the White Mountains. Since moving to the mountains, he has hiked several 4000 footers, taught skiing and snowboarding, and is one of the founding members of the White Mountain Divers.
