We not only had to sell our property we had to sub-divide it into lots. Kevin handled the whole project including getting the town approvals. He is professional,knowledgeable, and very responsive.

THOROUGH AND EASY TO DEAL WITH
It was truly a pleasure dealing with Susan on the sale of my unit at NI. She understood where I was coming from with the sale of my property, and helped me to negotiate a succesful closing. I had an added stress, since my daughter who travels all the time needed to sign as well. She suggested the Mobile Notary Public, who went to my daughter's house to notarized all needed signatures.
