I don't even know where to begin explaining what Ben did for us. I put my mother's house on the market in 2024 after having to put my mother in a nursing home. I did not live near my mother's house. We consulted Ben on a potential property and even though we did not buy, we found Ben’s straightforward approach and attention to detail, refreshing . His love for the White mountains and commitment to his clients, clearly evident. Not only the type of person you would want as your agent, but your neighbor too. If we ever head back to NH, he will be the first person we call!
Ben was a wonderful resource when I was looking to purchase a home in Lincoln, NH. When a property that I was interested in didn't work out I got discouraged and stopped looking, but Ben knew what I was looking for and several months later found a property for me that was even better than the one I initially wanted. In a difficult real estate market I was pleased by the services provided by Kevin McNamara. He advertised the property aggressively and arranged numerous showings. When a buyer was found, Kevin negotiated a selling price that was to our satisfaction.
During the process I had a number of concerns and questions, and contacted Kevin on more than a few occasions. Whenever I called his office or cell phone or sent an email, Kevin responded promptly, and without fail he was able to provide me with helpful and accurate information.
