I commissioned the services of Kevin McNamara back in 2002. I was in the beginning stages of attempting to orchestrate the relocation my family to the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. This undertaking was further complicated by the added burden of successfully selling my existing home.
Contingencies, back to back closing, and deadlines to meet on all sides of the "combined" transaction made mine a particularly challenging situation. I don't even know where to begin explaining what Ben did for us. I put my mother's house on the market in 2024 after having to put my mother in a nursing home. I did not live near my mother's house. Ben took care of everything. At that time I was diagnosed with cancer and Ben took care of everything so I did not have to take the 5 hour round trip. We not only had to sell our property we had to sub-divide it into lots. Kevin handled the whole project including getting the town approvals. He is professional,knowledgeable, and very responsive.
